Remote Support

The remote support phase is very important as well, and it is especially delicate for it requires the interface between the technical world and the end user world, therefore it is also very important to transmit the information clearly.

For plants where a strong technological component is present (HBES – building and home automation, manufacturing systems), it is possible to detect aberrations without physically moving. This primary support allows to solve minor problems but also allows to make the case history to contextualize the problem and intervene rapidly, thus avoiding time and money wasting and inconveniences.

Every solution allows different integration degrees of assistance, from main information (brownouts, network problems, ..) and operation check to an advanced diagnostics on each single device.
